Our client is a global technology company.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement and support of the corporate global network infrastructure.
  • Participate in the design, setup, and configuration of campus LAN, Wireless LAN, Data Center network and Identity Management Systems.
  • Support, manage and maintain all ISP Internet connectivity for the firm from multiple carriers with multiple links in multiple locations.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of global WAN network.
  • Maintain, create, and update all network documentation and topology diagrams.
  • Perform OS upgrades as per network software lifecycle management.
  • Leverage multiple network monitoring tools to analyze network traffic patterns to proactively identify performance issues and account for capacity planning.
  • Support, manage and maintain network monitoring system for the firm’s global network.
  • Problem management of network tickets, troubleshooting and fix.
  • Create, implement, and support change requests for the network team.

 

Requirements

 

  • Must possess a thorough understanding of Network Infrastructure and security topology.
  • Knowledge and/or experience configuring and supporting Cisco, HP/Aruba and Arista network devices.
  • Experience with Aruba wireless technology and WLAN controllers. Prior experience Cisco ACS, Radius, TACACS or ISE.
  • Protocols BGP, OSPF, HSRP/VRRP, IPSEC, VPN, NAT, 802.1Q, 802.11, LACP, MLAG/VPC, STP, DHCP, DNS.
  • Knowledge on Cloud technology like AWS, Azure.
  • Network monitoring tools HP NNM, SYSLOG servers, SNMP, IPAM and Wireshark.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • 15+ years related work experience preferably in an enterprise services environment.
  • Cisco certifications in Routing, switching, wireless and/or other equivalent vendor certifications.
